This warranty applies to the following definition of laminated glass. Two or more lites of glass and one or more inter-layers or polyvinyl butyral (PVB) are bonded together under heat and pressure.

No other laminated products are considered under this warranty.

Each unit of laminated safety glass shall be free from delamination for a period of 5 five years from the date of manufacture.

This warranty will provide replacement of the defective lite only. F.O.B., Rochester Insulated Glass, subjectable to the remainder of applicable warranty period of the original product. This warranty becomes void if the product is damaged due to unsound handling or installation practices. These practices include adequate expansion and contraction of framing and glass edge protection.

The manufacturer reserves the rights to field inspect.
