RIG meets the criteria for providing laminated architectural glass complying with several of the Miami-Dade NOA's (Notice of Acceptance) for small and large missiles. Notable here is the strikingly difficult testing that the window is subjected to in order to qualify of a “NOA.” Certification requires severe and extended negative and positive pressure cycling applied 9000 times. This candidate window cannot be acceptable if glass and laminate separate from each other. Further, missile fired laterally at the window thus duplicating conditions generated by hurricane forces.
